There was no violation observed on the property as the lawn and landscaping were maintained." Was the back yard checked as well? That is the primary concern of neighboring residents.

If the Code Officer cannot see the violation(s) from the sidewalk, then the Code Officer would have to be invited into the back yard of a neighbor. Compliance officer came back out to property. Did issue citations for overgrown landscaping.

This property continues to allow the yard front and back to get out-of-control they have no regard for neighbors the association has violated them numerous times with no action from hm owners . Please send a compliance officer out to inspect.

Thank you for your prompt response. I am the secretary of the H.O.A . Here at Chapel Trail Estates . This homeowner has all kinds of violations on file with the hoa and has been summons to apear to the hoa meeting but never does. The property is overrun by weeds as tall as 6 foot front and back yard the backyard is worse than the front you can see the backyard from the sidewalk looking back I’m sure there is snakes and other varmints living in there his immediate neighbors are upset on how he keeps his yard .
