There are numerous trees in the swale in front of Chapel Trail Elementary on Taft Street approaching 196th avenue. Many of them have numerous "tree suckers" or small branches shooting up from the base. Not only are these branches unhealthy for the tree, but they are unsightly as well, not to mention a hazard for the small children that frequent the area.

They should be pruned ASAP and would only take a landscaper 15-20 minutes to remove all of them.

it appears there's a water leak in the swale of this property. this was reported to me by Comcast subcontractors working in the area. they claim to have documented the water prior to beginning work in this particular area. it does seem that the water is leaking actively and before the water meters that serve as these homes.

This FPL Light pole, marked as 85872955303 has always leaned to the right, but the lean is becoming more pronounced as of late and I believe it is becoming a danger to those in the community.

With Comcast set to dig to lay fiber in the coming days, this should be fixed or at the vary least, given some extra support until a more permanent fix can be made.

The drain located at approx 1231 NW 193rd Ave is supposed to drain into the lake. It appears to be blocked on the lake side as the street side was recently cleaned out and checked for blockage. I believe this needs to be reported to SBDD as this is in their easement.

I have requested from FPL several times over the years for a "Full cutoff shield" or "house-side shield" to be installed on this streetlight. The light is supposed to illuminate the street, but is blocked by a tree, so the ONLY thing it does is shine into the upstairs bedroom windows. It is impossible to keep the curtains open at night because of this light.

Photo is the view from the bedroom window.

Sidewalk was damaged by Comcast contractors and never repaired, despite their repeated promises to do so. This damage dates back to Oct. 2018. We have photos of the machinery at work which did the damage as well.

Runoff Grate full of debris that has washed in from lakes. This will block street drainage during heavy rains. The address listed is just the closest house to the grate, which is on the corner of NW 13th St and 195th Ave.

Because of the tree underneath this streetlight, all this light accomplishes at night is to shine into our upstairs bedrooms. None of the light actually makes it to the street as intended. For lamp posts placed in front of houses, is there an alternate cover that will prevent or block the light from shining into our bedrooms?

this section of sidewalk was damaged by water Dept personnel (or their subcontractor) investigating a leak a few years ago shortly after I moved in. I was told at the time that it would be repaired, but it never has been.
