Temporary fabric garage in parking lot is old, ripped, has patchwork tarps placed over structure and is being used for car repair ( 7 vehicles since 1/23/17), as an office, appears drug related sales are occurring in this tent as well as illegal unit in back of 14 Buckles . Minors are observed in and about illegal unit and tent all night long for several weeks now. Please have temporary structure removed and address illegal unit residency again, repeated and continuous problem.
