Description
There are two very deep potholes on Huguenot Road. When going North on Chippenham, and exiting on to the ramp to go right on Huguenot Road (Route 147, East), there are two turning lanes. The lane on the right is dangerous as there are two deep and rather large potholes on the edge of the asphalt. That means that drivers tend to veer left (into the left side turning lane) in order to miss the holes.

Subject: Potholes on Huguenot Road -- Second request
I am checking on the status of ticket number 3195370. I wrote to you again (I think last week) indicating there are even more potholes directly across the street from the original site. They are rough and deep.
In addition, twice just this week, there has almost been an accident as the people getting off of Chippenham and heading east on to Huguenot Road (via the right lane) are having to divert further left into the left lane to avoid the pot hole (the one I originally reported). This causes drama and angst with those who are in the left lane – almost getting hit.
I have clicked on the web site, www.seeclickfix.com, but I do not see any link on the page that states: SEARCH ISSUE FIELD. I have really tried, but cannot find out the status of my original complaint. I sense that DPU truly wants to communicate with the public; however, it appears that I cannot on either your site or through your phone number, 646-7000. I have been on hold for quite a long time this morning, but need to get back to work.
Can you please help me?

On a side note, it is quite difficult to find a web site on which to report these kinds of situations. It took me about 35 minutes, and it just so happened I found your phone number through someone’s Facebook post. When I try to access www.Richmondgov.com (the official City of Richmond link), it comes up as “cannot access.” VDOT has a link that is quite easy to find to report potholes.
Thank you for “listening.” And I sure do appreciate your fixing the pothole on Huguenot Road --- that is my route to work.

I am sorry to tell you that the potholes have not been filled. As of this morning, March 1, 2017, nothing has been done on the ticket number 3195370. Is there someone else I should be contacting about these potholes and the potholes directly across the street at the lights? I don’t know what else I am to do. I follow your directions, but don’t seem to get results.
Thank you for confirming that you have received this message.
