I agree there should be something we can do. But even when I reported illegal dumping and took a picture of the suspect and vehicle and turned it over to the city.... But don't worry the city attorney does not pursue this because it cost more money than just picking up the garbage. Believe me I have tried. So Vince is doomed to be cleaning up the garbage forever in Vallejo. By the way there is a city code that allows for you to collect half the reward of the fine given to illegal dumpers. But don't try to collect that either because they've never prosecuted anyone for illegal dumping.
