Thank You for reporting, This Utility cover belongs to AT&T and I have contacted them about this issue, I was informed today that they have created a work order and will have the cover replaced.

That's a conditional "thank you" to Street Section for prompt action. Afinal "thank you" waits for AT&T to complete the repair work. Is it possible to keep to issue open until the work is done, or is it up up to we neighbors to wait, hope, and re-open the issue later, if needed?
