I will cross-post all this to Fishtown.US to get some more visibility.
Can someone upload a current picture of the property so we can tell if it currently violates Act 90?
Are there any broken doors/windows? If so, which ones and on what floor(s)? Act 90 violations are supposed to get special treatment down at the Department of Licenses & Inspections.
Thanks.

Is this house immediately to the right in Street View?
Can you post the plate numbers of the cars that you see where these occur? I will forward this information to the Public Nuisance Task Force.

I've alerted PPD 26th District and Public Nuisance Task Force. Please do the following:
Every time you see dealing occurring, please email:
police.co_26@phila.gov
Then, pick up the phone and call this phone number DIRECTLY: (215) 686-5858 This is the Public Nuisance Task Force and it's a 24-hour hotline. Call when you see activity in progress at the property.

Excellent. Please stay on top of it.
Use the PPD email address and the (215) 686-5858 phone number EACH and every time you witness transactions. You can stay anonymous and continue posting updates here so that the neighborhood stays informed. You can also call 911 whenever there is something of interest occurring at the properties; 9-1-1 calls for your block are routed to the 26th Police District.
If you don't continue to provide data, it's not likely to be made a priority or get attention. I know this block is sparse with neighbors that have visible sight lines to the properties but the more detail you can provide, the easier it is for law enforcement to ascertain what is going on there.
Please also consider a security alarm system in your home and exterior security cams for your property. Security cameras tend to quiet a block when they go up. Homeowners insurers tend to provide hefty insurance premium discounts for installation of these items.

Christoofar, thanks for your help. I've used the email you provided for the 26th District. Here's the text from the email, so everyone knows what's going on. They are dealing and doing drugs on 2044 E Fletcher St all the time. There is a light blue car, and a dark green van with jersey plates that they deal out of then they go in to 2044 E Fletcher. The dealer lives at 2042 E Fletcher St. The customers buy on the street. Then they go into 2044, which has been abandoned for years and a squatter live there. It happens all day long. Its so blatant. Please see links below, everyone on this block is concerned and intimidated. I've seen young teenagers running for them.

Please help us with this dangerous and destructive activity. There are children on this block exposed to this everyday. Thank you

Bad news... alleyways can be dumping grounds:
Please inform Caller that there is no city agency that will inspect or write violations for trash in the alleyway... The alleyways are to be maintained by the homeowners equally...
Alleys, Driveways & Retaining Walls
Alleys, driveways and/or retaining walls are private property. They belong to you, the property owner; the City does not own or maintain them. It is your responsibility to maintain them in a safe and sanitary condition. All abutting owners, generally, have the right to use the entire length of an alley way or driveway (This is written in your deed.)
Who is responsible for cleaning Alleys and Driveways? Cleaning of Alleys and Driveways is the sole responsibility of the property owner. The City of Philadelphia Community Partnership Program (CPP) will assist residents by lending supplies such as rakes, brooms, shovels for them to cleanup alleyways, driveways, parks etc. CPP can be reached at 215-685-9558 or http://www.phila.gov/qualityoflife/Community_Partnership.html
