Pothole that has an orange cone near it but nobody is fixing it. I lost a $500 wheel and $200 tire to it last week. Still there. Fix it please.

Backyard is a continuing problem with thigh high grass and the source for all the mice on our block. Also contains numerous mosquito breeding spots due to the various stagnant watery filled containers and trash.
