Backhoe is parked in street right of way (opposite side from parking) and left overnight. Sidewalk is covered in debris and dirt. No cones, tape or fencing to warn pedestrians or drivers present. Construction materials (bricks) being stored on sidewalk over night.

they cleaned it up a bit still not perfect but better did not lay another brick though
