Looks like an error in assigning. I believe this is a Planning issue. "Show on Map" error, 920 Carolina Street is the correct address, Planning has this neighborhood listed as low density residential.

From the ABC officer: I am the Licensing Representative handling this case. There will be no sales of alcohol from the home. I have been out to the site in the past. The location will be utilized for business and paperwork only for a home business. The distribution of alcohol will be from a alcohol storage location at a totally different address in Emeryville.

No, please forward the Neighborhood concerns and objections to Planning. Neighbor oppose the use of this residence being rente for a period of less than 30 days. The ZONING for B & B should be on commercial property. The classified is LODGING. A sub category of Hotel, Camp Ground and Bed and Breakfast. There is no off-street parking at this facility; their has been no consultation or notification of the neighbors. As a representative of The El Dorado Street Neighborhood Association I have been asked to present this general object of USE PERMIT within the influence of the Heighitage Neighborhood. WE do not accept the commercialization in an otherwise residential neighborhood.
