great start but finish it. stone at inlet at bottom of hill would be great to prevent pipe from clogging. blacktop shoulder then go uphill head east on sawdust ave. cross binnewater road start paving that mess from this past winter and change that drivers plow route for this winter to another road that needs to be paved next year and your problems will be solved. cold patch costs more than blacktop and the plants are still opened do it right for a change. oh by the way nice pickups for the road foremans you just recieved.
