Biohazard and Toxic waste from illegal dumping and from RV dwellers on the street behind.

When is the City of Oakland going to install cameras and clean up our streets?! I am a tax payer and deserve to have clean streets and sidewalks. A clean environment to enjoy should not be too much to ask. We Oakland tax payers want our respect and demands taken care of.
