Thank you for reporting this! We (Vallejo Flood & Wastewater District) removed screens from 6 of the storm drains on Azuar that were left in error by the construction contractors. Those are required to be in place during the building phase in order to keep construction debris out of the storm drain system, but should be removed once the project is complete. These were left, so they filled up with debris and created a hazard.
