Nottoway /MacArthur Alley. Need Reflective Warning Posts on both sides of the alley .... Alley fence continues to be struck by trucks making deliveries to the Shops on MacArthur Ave. This alley has a sharp turn, overgrown lots and poorly placed reflective warning post on the other side of the curve (which can no longer be seen to the over growth). Need reflective warning posts on both sides of curve.
