Thank you for reporting! Public Works has an illegal dumping team whose sole job is to respond to illegal dumping reports throughout the City. On average this team removes 1,200 pounds of trash from public property every day. We strive to respond to all reports in a timely fashion. If you see someone dumping illegally please report the incident to the Vallejo Police Department.

OLD COMMENT: Seems that the text associated with the two pictures I attached above didn't get posted.
So again: the city has placed some rather old, battered, and graffiti-ed K-Rail to prevent access to the mini-park from Louisiana Street. Unfortunately, the old, and deeply embedded truck tracks show that dumpers have been accessing the site from Alabama Street, and even directly, over the curb, from Mare Island Way!
