Disgusting amount of trash, plastics, clothing, carts dumped around and next to the water outlet/canal that runs between Columbus Pkwy & Admiral Callaghan Ln. I noticed this when I was exiting my car in the Home Depot parking lot -garden side. Trash is stacked up along the parking lot down along the water and across the 'canal'. If you can zoom in on these photos you can clearly see the issue. Shame on Vallejo, this city is becoming more and more like a huge dumping ground! Its no wonder why it has a horrible reputation.
