The owner did go through the permitting process and the area in question has been permitted and is legal.

looks like the front home was re-purposed to a full-time business. Is the city aware of this as well?

The site plan for what was permitted by the Department of Planning and Zoning is attached. The city approved permit # 2016-0439CA for a project described as "Construct new handicap ramp" which included the parking space in front of the property where it once was grass.

We will have an inspector make a site visit to confirm that the site matches what was approved.

This is a permitted business with a certificate of occupancy. Everything at this property is permitted and legit.

sorry but I have a hard time thinking that this was allowed. The whole front ,side and rear of the house is black topped. all the way to the sidewalk as well. have to think that this was unproperly issued , Please have someone look at this properly again. Thanks

The approved site plan is attached to this issue. You can review it if you please and you can see the property is in compliance with what was approved. This is not new. This was approved in October 2015 by planning and zoning. The owner went through the proper process. The appeal process is closed and the job is completed as permitted. There is nothing else to review.
