DPW has been working on Plattsburg Ave causing it to go down to one lane for traffic. Its my understanding that when this happens a flag person needs to be present to help with traffic. Somehow the City has forgotten that they need to tend to regulations also.. Sure is a tough time to be a motorist in the City...
