For about 2 months a man has been living in a car if front of a already blighted dirt lot The car is dark color and covered by tarp. In the blighted dirt lot is trash-debris and dissembled bicycles.There are transients along with the owner of the car that hang out in the dirt lot owned by the Old Path Church Of God .There is Public Drinking and Meth-Drug use. This is just more blight in a already blighted high crime area
Please address this issue quickly and TOW the black car away
