This is a chronic problem in this neighborhood. How about a neighborhood watch program, then maybe they could catch these trash dumpers.

Thank you for reporting! Public Works has an illegal dumping team whose sole job is to respond to illegal dumping reports throughout the City. On average this team removes 1,200 pounds of trash from public property every day. We strive to respond to all reports in a timely fashion. If you see someone dumping illegally please report the incident to the Vallejo Police Department.

still no comment about catching the dumper or even if they are looking into it, so very sad that the city leaders won't do anything about the bum lifestyle in Vallejo, we're paying lot's of taxes to support the city leaders, why won't they help the city ?
