950 Orlando Street, Lot #5 trailer was condemned weeks ago. There are 2 females living in this trailer where there is no electricity or water. There is human and animal feces all in the yard and on the front and back porches. Garbage is thrown all over and the trailer is slowly falling apart. The smell of urine and other human waste permeates the area.
