This kind of thing happens all the time. The Yale shuttles drive way too fast down the side streets too. The city should reach out to Yale for help with this
neighbor2,, 'reach out'? That's putting it nicely.. I find that bus drivers, and other motor vehicle drivers think that they can do pretty much what they want because they don't think anyone is going to report them. In the future, here is the info you need:
1. Identify the motor vehicle, license plate, vehicle number, whatever, and description.. CT Transit bus, Yale bus, FedEx truck, garbage truck, etc.
2. to identify the driver,, you need to tell the time and place.. the company knows who had that vehicle at that time and that place.
3. tell exactly what happened, or what the problem is: speeding, blocking traffic, running a light, rude,, whatever.
4. call and report it to the appropriate company and department(s). The driver will be quite surprised.
