965 Porter Street- Harbor Park Apartment Complex. Cars will block other paid parking spaces by parking alongside fire lanes. Security and management does not care to enforce. Is an incredible safety concern as what is to happen when there is a fire (plenty of people setting off fireworks in the same area) and the trucks cannot make their way in because of illegally parked cars. Get a towtruck ASAP already!!!
