What is the special permit this lot has that the city does nothing about it, people livingin cars inside lot, high drug traffic a whole neighborhood is impacted by the lack of oversight. If you can't do much about the homeless on gov properties at least Indira the law in private ones. Don't ask me to check etrait.. I see no record of any violations and multiple tickets have been open via this app.
