Thank you for reporting! Public Works has one full-time Maintenance worker whose sole job is to respond to illegal dumping reports throughout the City. This person usually makes 2 or more trips to the dump everyday, with each load weighing in around 1,200 pounds. We strive to respond to all reports in a timely fashion. If you see someone dumping illegally please report the incident to the Vallejo Police Department.

OMG Vince. You must be kidding. I called VPD that night when I saw a man dumping the items that is currently reported. I immediately called VPD. The truck then was stalled. The man couldn't move. He called for a jump start cuz his truck wouldn't start. It took well over 30 minutes and VPD NEVER CAME. THEY ARE A JOKE!!!!

As Courtney S., Public Works Admin stated the Grounds Maintenance worker went on 11/12/14 to pick up all of the debris that is in the right-of-way and on city property. The Code Enforcement Division has been working on several cases on this street, as well.
