Fire hazard. It’s expected to be another year of high fire danger. Keep weeds and shrubs cut back helps to reduce the fire risk. I’m an insurance agent and the homeowners market in CA is very unstable. Prices continue to rise as replacements values increase and this cost is passed onto consumers. If we want to keep a costs down and maintain a competitive market we need to take common sense measures to reduce loss exposure.
