Every light in Macomb Township is screwed up. All the intersections are very confusing with the exeception on 22 Mile and Romeo Plank which has the old traffic lights. The green arrows on the new system works when it feels like. Let the Macomb County Road Commission sit at the light at 21 and Garfield or 22 and Hayes during rush hour. They wouldn't stand for it either. Jack
Light definitely a huge problem. Garfield going south and wanting to turn left going east, light will MAYBE let 3 cars turn if you pay attention and get going fast enough.
No cars going east bound and left turn light stays red to turn onto Garfield, while before it would be flashing yellow. Then it only lets 2 to 4 cars turn when it is green if drivers are paying attention.
biggest timing issue is early morning 5-7am turning left heading southbound on Garfield. Left turn light is SOLID RED while East and West Traffic is Green with no traffic in either direction-lasts around 2 min. then turns green for left turn. Wheres the blinking RED?
