It doesn't surprise me, if you live in milwaukee, that your street lights are out. Mine are out again too, for the third time this summer. It will probably take the city a month or so to fix them . . . like it did last time - in June. In Greenfield, West Allis, or Franklin they may get a black out or light out, but it is always restored within 24 hours. Here in Milwaukee, people do not "have our back." Call your alderman/alderwoman for your district. They may or may not be helpful. They do wan't to get voted in again, so most likely they will try to help you.
It's rough when ya pay taxes to have things like street lights and ya get none.
