Thank you for your comment. See Click Fix is one of the many tools available to the citizens of Vallejo to report non-emergency issues. We "close" a See Click Fix issue once we've acknowledged the complaint; however, this issue is not "Closed" per se; it will remain an "Open" case with us until it is corrected. A Code Enforcement Officer has met with the property manager on 6-4-14 and they are working on resolving the garbage issue. Since this is private property, the City will seek voluntary compliance (of the violations) from the property owner. This process may not yield a quick response, but we do our best to work with the property owner to get the violations corrected. Since this is private property, there is due process involved.
