The corner of Grand Avenue and Ferry Street has always been considered the Church & Chapel of the Fair Haven neighborhood. On the corner is the Soverign Bank. The grounds of the parking lot are a disgrace with leaves, sand, trash, etc. This is not what the property should look like. Its time for the bank to take responsibility for the property cleanup on a regular basis.
