    The property owner needs to promptly address the insufficient maintenance of the palm tree, as the significant accumulation of dried leaves on the sidewalk poses a safety risk for me as a disabled senior who relies on the bus. If the owner doesn't take appropriate action, involving the city may become necessary to ensure the proper upkeep of public spaces and secure the safety and accessibility of pedestrian pathways.

    There is NO pedestrian sidewalk / walkway at all on the north side of E 24th Street between Wallace and 14th Ave.

    This forces pedestrians into the street in order to reach the corner. This is dangerous for anybody, much less children or somebody who is disabled and has trouble getting around.

    The complete lack of a safe walkway is a violation of the Americans with Disabilites Act and city needs to enforce the law.

    Hello, 6 weeks ago I was in a traffic accident at this intersection. I have been driving for 28 years in big cities like NYC. When I approached this intersection I did not see the oncoming lights, which are set low and turned at an angle. I drive a van and sit high. I was paying attention yet did not see to stop and caused an accident for the first time in my life.

    The number of mini-sideshows (people peeling out & spinning donuts with their cars) has steadily increased over the past few weeks for almost EVERY intersection up & down 23rd avenue.

    They even sometimes come down E 21st street with this nonsense (as can be seen by the excess of burned rubber up & down the road)

    About a week and a half ago, they even decided to do it at the intersection of 23rd ave & E 21st street, RIGHT IN FRONT OF A BUS (the 14 line), endangering the passengers on the bus as well as the driver

    SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS

    They are a nuisance and a hazard

    PLEASE increase the police patrols in this area & arrest these jerks

    50 plus car blocking all 4 intersection, the median is so wide. It can accommodate 3 cars drifting at the same time. This has been going on for years, this last one was pretty big.

    Huge deterioration, nearly half the road. Parts of asphalt all over the street in huge chunks, has damaged neighbor's car from projectiles from the hole. Increasing every time it rains. Water coming out of hole, ground is soft. Needs to be addressed immediately

    Sidewalk has been destroyed for over a year with absolutely no work to make it walkable for pedestrians, who are currently forced into the street on a hill with limited visibility for drivers. This is an accident waiting to happen. The city needs to take action to protect pedestrians. If it’s the property owner’s responsibility, then the city needs to enforce the laws and compel the property owners to repair the sidewalk. The city needs to take responsibility for the BASIC SAFETY OF RESIDENTS.

    There's a lot between 1810 and 1734 E 25th st. (Or behind 2500 Wallace). I don't know if it's private owned or city, I know the property owners at 1810 do not own it. The lot is filled completely with bags and bags of trash. The smell isn't pleasant. There are big items, small items, just so much trash. I also believe there are a few people living there which is also a major concern. We hear a woman crying uncontrollably day and night everyday for weeks now, but she won't respond to anyone trying to find her to help. Additionally there's some tent-like set ups and some sort of old can structure that's constantly making clanking sounds.

    (Oakland city officials) You guys say you want the communities help we are trying to help keep it clean but now it’s a dumping site. You guys are not doing anything but sitting in the office Pressing keyboards all day & bumping gums with your coworkers.. do some actual WORK!!!! (:

    Kids can’t even walk on side walk to get to acorn Woodland school. They have to go around and walk in the middle of the street.!!
