That blocked the drain in yesterday's rain and flooded the street. Someone needs to come and clean all of this stuff manually to avoid more flooding next time it rains.

Two overhead wires are down and dangling after having been cut, maybe as part of construction work? Not sure. They are dangling now and they blow around when there's wind. I've seen people get hit by them when exiting parked cars.

Also, a long length of overhead wire has been left loose on the sidewalk but still connected to the overhead! It's just lying there and anyone could yank it down and do who knows what damage.
