Description

Maintenance of underground and visitor parking abandon.
Entrance to building for visitors is disgusting underground parking floor covered to fine dust and car left for few days are covered in dust
No one wants to keep the place clean .
Even though the TCHC makes good money from Parking and Visitor parking they say they have no money to keep maintain place clean. Why?
