This area comtains couches, chairs, ripped open bags, clothes, garbage and other misc debris. This stuff has been here for months and simply gets progressively worse day by day. 2 blocks up MLK there is another location where people perch in front of the dumped furniture and debris. Please clean the area and occassionally monitor it. This is a breeding ground for illegal dumping. At times the dumped material spills out from the sidewalk and into the street. It becomes dangerous to drive on the dark street until people begin to pull the trash back onto the sidewalk. This is an onging problem.
