Description

RV pulled up about 1:15 PM. It is now 4:30 PM. The RV has not moved. Shortly after parking the vehicle, the curtains were pulled as if someone intends to sleep inside. It appears that they intend to stay beside the park (Maxwell Park 4619 Allendale). Woman exited the RV with a dog, allowing it off leash in the park. The dog poorly controlled. CA license 6HDZ051. Reporting this as 'other services' since parking control may not respond promptly and it's unclear where it should be reported.)
