Oct. 1 was deadline for CRTC compliance; am Rogers customer ans ALL Tv stations still have volume louder than the programs. Wrote MP Bennett and reply was to contact my provider which I had already done;also contacted CRTC on web site.. Have Hearing Aids so loud volume is thunderous BUT more importantly is likely causing irreparable hearing damage to thousands, TY
