Hello,
The Street is currently on our resurfacing or slurry backlog for inclusion on a future construction contract as funding becomes available. Currently, we cannot provide you with an estimated timeframe as to when the street will be resurfaced.
At any time though, you may call our Street Service Request line at (619) 527-7500 to report potholes or other hazardous street conditions which need to be repaired. These requests can also be submitted via the internet at www.sandiego.gov/street-div/.
Please provide an address where the potholes are and we will be happy to create a service notification in the mean time.
V2, thank you for reporting this! Note the city is asking for specific locations. I also suggest you add a photo or two of this problem so the city managers can get an idea where it is and/or how bad it is. It's worked a lot better when a photo or two is attached! The city is getting onboard with seeclickfix slowly and could use the help with the specificity. Thanks!
Your additional comments (the potholes start at Allied Road and it intersection with Mission Gorge Road and continues as the road heads away from Mission Gorge) have been added to SN 150000603522.
So I called the city. They sent a pathetic crew who threw a little tar gravel on every 5 or 6 holes that all washed away on the first rainfall. This road continues to be hazard to drive, and bike because of the array and severity of potholes.
This is the worst road in allied gardens. It is now dangerous to drive, and bike. The road needs to be repaved in concrete because the asphalt paving isn't durable enough for this condition. Also be warned of a very big bump on greenbrier road where the concrete transitions to asphalt. This 'transition' is a massive bump that nearly takes down every cyclist that rides over it. Bikers beware!

Street Division,
It sounds as if the "fix" wasn't anywhere near successful. Can you devote attention to this please?
