Last ticket was closed for some reason. This intersection is unsafe for pedestrians when cars are making left turns. They don't look out for pedestrians while making left turns. East and westbound lights on Speedway have left turn arrow light after through traffic stops, the north and south bound lights on Park Ave should have the same feature. Safer even would be pedestrians having their own light cycle while all traffic is stopped, I believe it's called a Pedestrian Scramble.
