Yes, the trailer is clearly blocking the sidewalk. Might this be a sidewalk egress ordinance violation? Or a vehicle code violation? Anyone know which Ordinace this violation falls under?

This photo from a month ago shows the trailer under construction prior to the deck being added. There is a history here with sidewalk blockages etc., reference issue ID 9385748.

This has been reported numerous times. What does it take to stop this business?

Fyi, numerous vehicles at this address continuously park on the sidewalk. Ironic as they just moved the trailer from blocking the sidewalk, yet they continue to park on the sidewalk..
