The used car dealership at 1733 Capital Blvd has begun parking dozens of for sale vehicles in the empty city-owned lot at 1625 Capital Blvd, which may have oil or other automotive fluid leaks that could be flowing into the adjacent Pigeon House branch

This property is being used as parking overflow for a nearby automotive dealer. It's my understanding this land is part of the Pigeon House Branch restoration owned by the city of Raleigh and it should be a natural space.

Owner has been sent letters to remove the SUV from street. It has been sitting there since October 2023. Inoperable vehicles are not permitted in this community. Must moved in garage or out of community.

There is a abandoned Nissan Sentra on 100 E Jones St on the leftside of the road near Human resources building. The plate number is KCN3975 and the color is gold.

The fence around city property at 1625 Capital Blvd (where I believe the Pigeon House branch is under restoration) has been cut and a number of cars are lining the property.
