    does this actually work? I believe it's to signal to drivers that the bridge is currently in motion or in the up position Although I've never actually seen it in operation while the bridge is up and traffic just backs up.

    Coming on Florida street onto alameda if car is in left hand (west) area signal doesn’t go green. Car going straight on west signal does work. But if car is making left and in left hand area signal never turns green.

    traffic signal Vervais ave north and south at Springs rd. has a 4 to 5 minute wait time. That allows drivers to speed at 40 to 50 miles per hour. I have witnessed it while waiting at the light.

    Recently in the past few weeks, the signal has stopped working. That is, I travel through it going west along Georgia at 4am with no traffic and it has me wait at the light for 3+ minutes, when no traffic at all is coming along Amador. The sensors, detecting what traffic is on the road, has broken, causing needless long delays.

    The timing of the light needs to be adjusted. It stays on red for an extremely long time for those coming from Steffan Street. People are speeding on Benicia road as a result. And people are running the light as well. The timing used to be spot on where it would sense cars that were waiting but now it just sits there on red forever.

    Traffic signal on Marin and Florida appears stuck on red. I haven't seen it change in 10 minutes plus. Cars are being forced to go through red. Affecting East/West for sure.
