I'm reopening this ticket because it wasn't fixed The road floods, especially on one side People drive in the other lane around a blind curve which is going to cause an accident A high water sign isn't a fix The road is still flooded and leads people to dangerously drive in the wrong lane around a curve

The road has collapsed on either side of the curb next to a drainage grate. This poses a serious hazard due to the deep hole that someone could break an ankle on.

Orange dirt from ball field is causing flooding on Northshore during heavy rains Large puddle of orange dirt and water causing hazard on Northshore When two vehicles are traveling on road, this first vehicle plows through puddle and throws orange water onto second vehicles windshield and causing hazard if not being able to see out windshield Please stop dirt from ball field deaining onto road Extremely dangerous not being able to see while driving

The east bound lane is severely damaged where the bridge and road connects forcing traffic to move into the oncoming west bound lane to not severely affect the condition of their vehicle.

Centerpoint drive has several VERY deep potholes as well as very rough conditions at both of the entrances to Covenant health.

Bob Kirby, with no real shoulders, has crumbling asphalt just at the utility pole on the east side of the road, just south of the entrance to Clusters at Greywood. Has been crumbling a bit more over the past few weeks, and with recent heavy rains, it is likely a further hazard. Thanks for investigating
