This public park has become an out of control jungle of overgrowth and homeless encampments mixed in with trash.
Homeless using bbq to cook, daily collecting junk and trash and hoarding it in a public space.
Unacceptable blight that the relic this city don’t deserve to see. Why would anyone want to do business in Vallejo when you see sites like this around town.
We need to hold these folks accountable for littering, trespassing, illegal camping.
When and if there is a fire make them pay for it!

Public boat launch parking lot. These motor homes and the long, green bus have been in this area for quite some time. Recently, the green bus has been parking in the area overnight, and homeless activity has increased. The security team that patrols the parking area and locks the gate so no one can park here overnight has done nothing. Why? This is not a good look for our waterfront property.

Homeless encampment has been there for weeks very well hidden in the bushes in the vacant lot at Farragut and Old Wilson north of the store. They have a few trashy vehicles on the streets near by including one with no license plates which the city could care less about. The bushes need complete removal and is believed to be Cal Trans Responsibility. Can the city Please get your act together. This is completely irresponsible.

Stocky bald and sometimes violent guy that spreads trash through out the neighborhood from apartment dumpsters has been camping at river park whom also rotates living and trashing on the lots on each side a Farragut at mare Island way. Please site this blighted person whom constantly does illegal dumping etc.. All that is being done is telling him to move and thus here we are again with no progress and wasting our resources with no real solution

On the corner of Wilson and Farragut Ave, 2 people are living in the bushes, standing on the sidewalk urinating into the bushes.

Stocky bald guy keeps coming back living and storing trash in the bushes behind utility box at the corner of old Wilson and Farragut. City has come and taken trash and he just comes back. Bushes are overgrown adding to this problem. He can be violent and seem crazy. Now can be seen riding a bike share bike which must be stolen and usually wearing a black long coat. Why is he allowed to continue to bring down our neighborhood? We need solutions not a problem left unsolved.

These two mobile living units have been parked in the area for multiple days now, violating COV municipal codes 7.96.020 and 7.96 040.

This stocky bad homeless guy who lives in the River Park area needs to be removed ASAP(more like yesterday)
He is associated Also 408 Hichborn(this property in and of itself is a public nuisance in Vallejo)
He is single handily trashing this end of town by pilfering through dumpsters and spreading trash all over the neighborhood and dumping regularly on Hichborn at Wilson Ave.
The residents of this city are sick of this guy.
He is a public nuisance and is disturbing the peace.
We ask you, the COV to please remove are action against this guy to see that he is relocated far away from here or institutionalized as this behavior is unusual and unacceptable.
