Our Neighbor is building earth dams to block the flow of water in the city ditch in-front of her property. This is causing the rain water and street runoff to flood all of the surrounding houses.

She is also using several sump pumps to pump her ditch dry, by push the muddy ditch water into our residential housing sewage. This is overworking the sewage system and will only cause grater issues down the road with all of the mud.

We, the surrounding neighbors, have called the city hundreds of times on her, as she has been doing this for several years. Our ditches have several feet of standing water while hers is currently dry. We cannot walk outside due to all the mosquitoes that the standing water is breading. And our residential sewage seems to now be taking a toll from the years of abuse from mud being pushed into it.

The drainage pipe under my driveway seems to have a hole in a pipe joint. I have to dig mud out of the pipe every six months for the water to drain through and you can see in the photo where the concrete has settled due to the loss of soil between the pipe and concrete pavement. I have repaired my driveway a couple of times with quikcrete but it is too cracked and settled for that to work any more. Since the pipe is in the right of way, please let me know when the city can replace the pipe and repair my driveway. The address is 4425 Hermitage Road. Thank you.

Sunken areas around manhole covers causing significant pooling of water and jarring when traveling over the location.

Pavement edge has failed and the erosion is cutting into the travel lane in two locations on the east side of the road. The location is south of the entrance to Bayvile golf clubhouse

City allows parking on both sides of Bayview Avenue. However, the street is not wide enough for parking on both sides. This poses a public safety hazard as the street becomes impassable to fire trucks and ambulances. Attached is a photo of the school bus being unable to pass through. Please address parking on Bayview Avenue to avoid life safety issues that may arise.

Grass is about a foot high and needs mowing on city property. This was previously mowed on a schedule as was the part at pleasure lake off of Lookout past pleasurehouse road. Now it seems as though we have to report it as needing mowing to get it cared for. Please cut it and put it on the routine cutting schedule. A citizen has been cutting a path to allow walking.

The entire VB Blvd/Witchduck intersection is like a mine field--extremely rough in every lane, but especially in the middle 2 lanes. Please don't wait too much longer to repave the entire intersection.

Trash can broken and no dog poop bags in dispenser for over 2 years- why have?

Snow plow drivers admit to their boss saying not to drop their plows or salt or sand unless they are on 264. After driving down independence, Holland, Ferrell, lynhaven and Rosemont. I counted 14 trucks not plowing not spreading. Can you please stop wasting our fuel money and use the trucks as they are supposed to be used.
