    Washington Park Lake has toxic algae in it from sewage leaking in from the pipes.

    My dog almost died after swimming in there. He had bloody diarrhea for five days after.

    Please get it cleaned up! Saratoga has clean water. Why can’t we?

    Unsafe living conditions at parkview, 400 Hudson Ave. & no way to report maintenance issues.

    No hot water for over 19 months in albaNY. Broken elevators for over 8 hours in a 13 story building of elderly & diffabled people most of whom CAN NOT climb stairs!!!!!

    Radiation hazards from cell tower masts on roof & sides of building—-on peoples apartments!!!

    Constant water & sewage leaks & floods. Many of us have had excrement from toilet water leak on our heads while using our own bathrooms!!!

    Constant floods & mold & pest infestation, including a cockroach infestation so bad the mailman would not deliver mail for 2 weeks.

    We can’t even file maintenance request now because they took down the request forms & don’t answer the office phone. So NOTHING aid getting fixed & we have no way to even ask for it.

    Codes keeps closing my reports on see click fix without doing anything.

    They told me to call codes, I did. They no showed on the date of the inspection. Then codes tells me to contact the court. So I’m filing a complaint here.

    Do something!!! Hundreds of us elderly & diffabled are living in SUBHUMAN a living conditions. While the city of AlbaNY does nothing.

    Please help NOW!!!
    This is unacceptable.

    I just spent another week camping because I’m so sick in my building & the Hudson River was warmer than the water in my Apartment!!! And likely has less lead.

    No hot water over 18 months. Filed a complaint with building & codes. They no showed for our appointment. I called & they said I didn’t have an appointment. I set up an appointment last week.

    Over 18 months no hot water & code enforcement can’t even be bothered to come ????

    Also sewage leak in bathroom & mold & cell phone tower mast radiation

    No hot water & mold. Over 18 months. It’s the hot water roulette. It’s randomly occasionally warm or hot but you never know when or for how long. Over half the building. Hundred of elderly & diffabled people.

    Tiles not replaced from Sewage leak in bathroom.

    Broken water fountain at basketball/racquetball courts in Washington Park. Over 1 year broken. Please fix ASAP!! Also, we need more water in the park, at the playground & on the corners .
