    My regular collection day is Monday, but due to the holiday it was delayed to Tuesday. I put the recycling bins out on Monday night, and on Tuesday all of my neighbor's recycling was collected, but mine was missed.

    The ground under the bricks is collapsing, the bricks in this area can be pushed further down into the ground or removed. It looks like an animal might have burrowed under the sidewalk via the electrical post, there is an air gap below the bricks and they're just being held in place with tension. If someone were to step on a brick the wrong way, it could likely fall out underneath them.
