    My neighbors have parties with live band_music,megaphone in their and loud guests which I can hear in my home on the adjacent street to napa. These parties are usually on Saturday nights and started last summer 2021 (they had at least 6 every Saturday night consecutively and resumed Feb 19 2022 and it lasted until 4am starting around 9pm. I have spoken to them(that was the second time i had spoken to them) about how and why this is a nuisance to me to no avail. the music noise continued the following morning starting at around 11:30 am feb 20 2022. this issue seems to have escalated after i talked to them on feb 19th thinking they would be considerate. i am not against parties i just want them to play the music inside their home not outside in a residential area. Can you please let them know this is a problem. They are the only ones that have parties like this in the neighborhood. I am not sure if others have complained but I am making mine official
