    Numerous Rats seen in the community garden at Neville and they are feasting on garden crops.

    We leave our trash on Hudson street because it is the back of the house, have done this for 7 years. Today our trash was not taken and all others were. We are the only neighbor without the new trash receptacle.
    I was told in the phone to call back at 3, message says 4.
    I was told last week I would receive trash receptacle by end of week. I did not.
    Literature says after today, trash will not be picked up in old receptacle-I was told on phone that would be extended. It is hard to know what info is correct.

    When we first moved here, five years ago, this tree looked healthy but it has declined and an entire limb, as show in photo, is dead. It would be great to have the dead limb removed.
