    The people who recreate around St. Mary's are threatened 24/7 by speeding cars. In the years I have lived in this area I have NEVER even seen any of these options:
    1. Control it with radar and hand out tickets.
    2. Add speed bumps from Gilman & Courtland to Grovers & Balmforth.
    3. Set up cameras to capture license plates and send tickets.
    4. Use technology! Digital Radar Speed Signs will slow traffic.

    Please do something!!!

    The streets in Black Rock where the gas lines have been replaced are dangerous, especially for bicyclists. The patching is erratic and now features divots, bumps, gaps, below grade sewer covers and gravel everywhere. The scene is primed for injuries and lawsuits. Please address this before an incident occurs.

    St. Mary's area needs MORE bird-proof trash receptacles. Open trash bins give birds the opportunity to raid what people leave behind, making a mess and causing environmental issues when they take plastic bags and food wrappers onto the water. Can you install bird-proof trash/recycling
    covered combo trash/recycling bins? The two you have are perfect!
