This issue has been reported before and we were told someone would come investigate and it never happened. A resident (presumably) is using cones to block a large section of Hine pl. so only their vehicles can park there. Not only are they taking spaces which should be fair game for all residents they are using the space of three cars to only park two thus creating a shortage for the rest of us who live and park here.
